As I take a stand to reminisce about the King of Pop I honestly felt his spirits of influences by every teardrop He has nothing to offer but his life, music, and legacy And as for me I have nothing to offer but my heart and poetry Michael and I came from two very different worlds And I wanted to accomplish like him to be more and more To me, he’s more than a King, he’s a messenger Within his reflections I vowed to yearn for my scepter Thanks to Michael, I’ve learned a lesson about making a change And as a fan, I’m willing to give my life a fighting chance He was filled with stories musically And same with me poetically Every time I stare in the mirror and all I see It’s the reflection of Michael looking back at me My greatest wish would letting dreams come true If Michael can do it, I can do it, too I will never be shameful of what to endure It’s all because of the reflections of the man in the mirror --Keshia
