Prosecutors in the case want Murray to pay more than $100 million in restitution to Jackson's children, but lawyers for Murray say that Jackson is partly responsible for his own death and therefore the restitution amount should be substantially lowered. Murray's attorneys want the judge to re-examine a bottle of propofol found in Jackson's room to determine if he self-injected the fatal dose of propofol. An argument they could not prove during the six week trial that ended in Murray's conviction on November 7. Murray is currently serving a four year sentence for involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death. He is not expected to be in court Wednesday.
